We have recently taken possession of a new Pierce PUC Engine.  This will replace the 1992 Darley.  It will be housed at Station One on Crocker and better serves the needs of the residents of Harrison Township. 

The Harrison Township Board of Trustees approved the hiring of two new Fire Fighters to replace recently retired B/C Ed Elliott and B/C Robert Knapp.  PFF Lawrence Shackett and PFF Eric Evans will begin on May 27th.  We welcome both to our department.

C.E.R.T. Team refresher training scheduled for 2008.  This training is for current C.E.R.T. Members only.

These classes will be held at the Tucker Senior Center of the dates list above from 7 pm - 10 pm.

We are pleased to announce that Harrison Township CERT was selected as the host community to receive the CERT response trailer for Macomb County.  The trailer will be equipped with a portable generator, emergency cots, and portable lighting equipment.  It will provide Harrison Township with response readiness capability while standing ready to respond throughout the region when disaster strikes.
